Penis size erect and non erect depends on the individual, temperature, how well one feels at the time, sensuality, etc.
Some males have growers, their penis is small in appearance when soft, but once erect can be quite a size.
There are males who when flaccid will appear to be long, and once erect are pretty well the same length.
Some are pudgy when soft, and become quite girth when erect, but don't lengthen all that much were others do.
As far as flaccid goes, there really is no average length, again it depends on individual, temperature of body and soundings (like if your out in the cold), but erect the average male is between 5" 1/2" to 6" and 1/2".
