the first thing that came to my mind was to help ppl be the perfect weight, but then i think i would like it to do something a little less selfish.
if i could create a magic pill i would want it to cure cancer and HIV.

for each pill a day you take it you would be guaranteed to loose one pound, so if you took it 30 days you would have lost 30 lbs. but the pill would not work if you have less than 10% body fat (because some people are never satisfied with their size)

Give you abilities you always wanted, like intelligence or athletic ability or being really good at one sport.
