You're born with it. It's evident from very young. Mind you, it's a trait that grows with you. Everyone can gain knowledge but not too many have true wisdom.
And Anaxio, I think you're onto something--as I said it's a gift, but wanting it to be so, doesn't make it so either, if it's not in you to start with.
