Do you find it necessary to ask this problem. Are you saying that the floor of the building is 7 feet on one side and 30 feet across the other sie, you cannot draw this on a graph and count squares.
How about remembering that one side has 7 boxes each one foot square and there are 30 rows of these boxes.
How many boxes are there? It is really pretty basic math.
