You post a phrase and ask If they like it. Someone says no, is that a thumbs down for you or just a matter of someones diffrents in opinion?

i dont give thumbs down to people who answer my question. if i dont like their answer i simply ignore it.
for other peoples answers i only give thumbs down if it is insulting or derrogatory.

No, i don't give thumb downs,,,why?
1. the answerer have taken the trouble to answer your questions
2. Everyone have different opinions.
3. Opinions that is different from from yours actually helps. He might have said something that u hev not even think off. or your opinion need extra work to make it perfect
4. If u post a phrase, u should be prepared to get adversed / different opinons.
5. If u r that sensitive to opinions that differs from your,,maybe u should not post the question/ phrase in the first place...
I personally think thumb downs should only be reserved for trolls,,,,,,plenty of those types here

comparable by using fact the 1st answerer, I additionally do if the respond given is mean or cruel,ignorant,or unfaithful. What I dont like is as quickly as I answer a question actual with intelligence and get the thumbs down.looks while that occurs is while i'm maximum medically desirable on answering being pregnant/parenting questions. i think of each and every person is merely mean and ignornant and cant settle for the thought that they might probable be incorrect. different than that i'm valuable to thumbs up everybody and anyone that provides a stunning answer.

I very very rarely give a thumbs down, the answer has to be extremely rude or in no way answers the question. I usually give a thumbs up to everyone, if I don't like it...I'll leave it blank.

Life is too short for stuff like thumbs down....if an answer really deserves a thumb down, it will practically shout it in your face. I wish I had a buck for every time I've been told my opinion is a bunch of gorgonzolla.

everyone has a right to there opinion. If someone does not agree but it makes you think then sure give them a thumbs up

nope, I never hand out thumbs down. I even give a thumbs up for people who insult me and dont even bother answering the posed question
Everyone has their opinion even if I do not like it that is no cause for me to be mad about it

Usually I thumbs up them anyway especially if they have a good reason behind it besides its just an opinion.

Not when I don't agree, rather if I'm offended by their answer... Especially when they're being rude or judgemental...
What I dislike the most is when people needed help and they just give you stupid answers...
And since we don't meet anyone here face to face, it is immature to get upset by thumbs down, they shouldn't mean so much to you... ^_^

It depends on how they answer it. If they are rude about it and sarcastic the I will give them a thumbs down, but if they are civil then I will leave it.
