Yes! And it's not difficult at all to track your cycles if you use a good fertility awareness method like NFP.
Even women with irregular cycles have discernible signs each month of when they ovulate. These include temperatures and cervical mucus which can be easily observed and noted on a chart.
There's a good book called The Art of Natural Family Planning. You can probably get a good used copy cheap on Ebay or Amazon.
All the best to you!

um, YEAH!
Irregular periods just mean that the length of the cycle differs from month to month... maybe 28 days one cycle, 35 days the next, 30 the month after that.. so on and so on.
I have an irregular cycle and I have a 2 1/2 years old and 5 month old twins to show for it. :-)

If you're asking because you want to try and get pregnant, then yes, go to your OB/GYN and they can advise you
If you're asking whether or not you should use birth control still, then I say yes, still use birth control even though they may not be regular enough to get pregnant

yup you sure can you just have to know how to read your body and when you ovulate. I suggest getting this book called Taking charge of your fertility By Toni Weschler. It's a great book.
Good luck

Yes its just more difficult to calculate your ovulation dates to be able to plan pregnancy or avoid it! If and when she gets pregnant the scan should be able to give you a more precise due date.

yes, you can. so, I'd recommend this: if you don't want to get pregnant, get on a good birth control pill and use a condom every time. If you do, lots and lots of sex, every night if possible.
