What type of media are you moving to? if you're moving to a flash drive, or another part of your hard drive, just cut and paste the entire folder.

If you are moving to a dvd or a cd, you need to be more careful. To copy things onto a dvd or cd, you need a burning program, such as nero to burn to the media. Depending on the program you use, you would most likely do something like open up the program, select which folder you want to copy, add it to the queue of what to burn on the media, click burn, select burn speed, hit start.

You'd have to be careful tho, because a cd will only hold up to 700 mb, and a dvd will hold up to 4.7 gb (about 4300 mb). How much room does your folder take? You can right click the folder, and go to properties and see how much room the whole folder takes.

use any burning ssoftware (Nero is usually given with writer drive)
IF the of the folder size is greater than 700mb. you have to use a DVD.
Use the writing software (If nero )
Select Create a Data Disk or IF you use Nero..there is a option to do slide show also...

Then add the folder you want to write
Then give next.
DONOT check MULTI-SESSION. because some readers have problem they donot recognise it.
Then give burn...
tada you have a photo DVD
