i have been searching the web for them over my lunch hour.i have found all the ones i need apart from these two.

The CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics lists the melting point of GH4 as -165 C. It indicates that SnH4 decomposes at -150 C.

Melting Point of:

GeH4 = -165°C
SnH4 = -146°C
