A general rule is between your chin and nose, but that is just a general rule if you are height / weight proportionate. More correctly, it depends on your weight and what kind of riding you are going to do.
Most manufacturers list weight ranges for each size within a particular model so check those when shopping for a new board. Where do you like to ride? A shorter board will be easier to make quick turns in the park but won't ride as nice at higher speeds out on the runs.
Try this great snowboard size calculator on the web that also gives recommendations:

For you, I would say about a 135. You are actually about the same size as my 14 year old and I know from looking for boards of that size you are going to be limited to kids and women's boards. These boards usually have a lot of flex which will be important with your lower weight. The good news is that these are often the least expensive and usually have big discounts. I would suggest Ride or K2.
Good Luck

Actually, for your weight, height, and style, the board you choose should measure between your collarbone and chin. Just a guess, but that sounds like a 135 cm board. Let me point out that flex is almost as important as length. A snowboard flexes from side to side (torsional) and from tip to tail (longitudinal). More torsional flex will make it easier to turn. You want a balanced longtitudinal flex as well. As for width, when you stand on a snowboard in your riding stance, your boots should be flush with the edges of the board or extend no more than about a cm past.
