when it is cold and our ears and nose are freezing? Please tell me your opinion because as a teacher I am interested for the even better efficiency of my mind.
Should I keep my head warm or let it cold? Thank you.

your mind works the best when you are comfortable...so whatever feels best to you....
...like some people like room temperature to be almost 80 and others rather have the rooms they are in cooler....like in the low 70s....
...what do you teach?

You must keep your head in moderate temperature. The normal is 36.6C. as the body temperature is such.
Both extremes, hot or cold, are no good for thinking!! When too warm, we are lethargic, when too cold our mind is occupied to find ways to keep ourselves warm.

When I'm warm I get sleepy. When I'm cold I'm alert. I think most people are like that.
