Conway Twitty said it best, when your auburn hair has faded, and silver takes its place, I'd still love to lay you down, lay you down and softly whisper pretty love words in your ear lay you down and tell you all the things a woman wants to hear

I met them in Madrid, after they did a live concert. If only they knew then that they should have made that 94. Paul has got so much on his mind now, and I feel for him. You can still make bad choices when you get to 60 and then regret it at 64. He should "never" have asked in the song!. She doesn't need him, and he is 64. Stay bright P if per chance you are on Yahoo.

Great song. I bet McCartney doesn't think 64 is so old any more.

the way people are living into their 100's, they should change the song to will you still need me, will you still feed me when I'm 94.I used to sing that song all the time to my kids, now that I'm 65 it just does not seem that it means the same to me.
