Wireless Keyboard Problems?

Every time i press a button on my keyboard while playing FIFA 08 and The Godfather i get a delayed response.please help
Specs:-Microsoft Wireless Keyboard
512 MB nvidia 7600gs
2.5 mb ram
intel core 2 duo

change the batteries...... mine did the same thing...

Dont use wireless on response needed applications. aka games.
