For the moment... hamilton. He's evrywhere. Otherwise, Jacques Villeneuve. Cos he mouths off too often. And at times he has to issue an apology later

I think Alonso leads that pack by far this past season. He has made the news way too many times with complaints about how McLaren is treating him. The guy has a hard time getting along pretty much with anyone.

Coulthard is definitely second. He barely showed anything on the track, but just like Alonso, according to him the reason was the favoritism at McLaren.

Michael Schumacher is in third for me. I remember the season when he signed with Ferrari and all of the financial struggles he put on Ferrari with his salary demands. I think he was one of the first stuck-up champions and was the first champion who expected to be treated like a king (something that Alonso was very happy to do as well).

There are many answers possible if you allow the past seasons to consider ..
including the great Montoya ..( i always wonder why he couldn't drive calmly .. he always brings the fighting with him .. unfortunately not for the rank 1 )
And the Ralf with the formidable form he had ( He finds the wall so consistently .. u know .. i think the car fails itself by the fear of that for the rest of time... ) ..

But you cannot take the these in front of Alonso ...
Give me a instance where the failure was there involving him and he didn't blamed it to other ...

It is so disappointing to see the driver like him wasting the talent on the Off the field matters than driving ...
No wonder they call him cry baby ...
With the every race of the season , you can find some things either he is blaming , or some result involving him as the doubt.

Hamilton because of the ridiculous hype lavished on him. Seriously, some people were saying after a few races that Lew is better than Senna, Prost, Schumacher and Fangio. The people saying these things were knowledgeable F1 people.

I just think he is very phony. The latest example is probably his move to Switzerland, which he first said was about freedom! Alonso takes the blame for everything, but Lewis has been involved in numerous incidents this year. He's a rookie who came into F1 with one of the biggest teams and probably the fastest car. I think the things he does and says are less than genuine.

Before his exit at McLaren it has hands down Alonso. Since him leaving he has been very quiet. But at the moment it is pretty quiet.

But over the last 10 years of grand prix racing it is a tie between Jacques Villenuve and Eddie Irvine. Both those guys knew there team mates were better and faster then them and all they did was bash them to make them look bad constantly. Also Damon Hill of late has been irritating.

There are a lot of F1 drivers that have pissed off their rivals, the fans and the media one way or another. Let us count the ways (in no particular order)...

1) Jacques Villenueve. Abrasive comments (on occasion), once punted off JP Montoya in the 2001 Canadian GP (who accused Villenueve of brake-testing), prompting Montoya to retort with "Do that again and I'll put you in the (expletive here) wall." The Canadian replied with, "I'll put you in a (expletive here) tree."
Also remarked (after McLaren hired Kimi Raikkonen) that "Raikkonen had two good races in 2001, but the rest of the time he was behind Nick Heidfeld."

2) JP Montoya. Enough said.

3) Michael Schumacher. Who can forget Rubens Barrichello pulling over to hand the German the European GP win in 2001, when Barrichello was clearly leading the pack in the final lap? And the incident at Rascasse during Monaco 2006 qualifying?

4) Ralf Schumacher. Worst blowup so far was his outburst vs one of the editors of F1 Racing magazine in the middle of this year during a photo shoot with a few other drivers. He said something like "You have been so critical of me the whole year, and I'm tired of it. If I agree to this photo shoot, will you stop it?" That pissed of the editor so much, he angrily asked Ralf to leave the room where the photo shoot was being done.

5) Lewis Hamilton. That "tire-warming" exercise he did during the 2007 Japan GP was outright dangerous. Oh, and his statements (of late) during the FIA hearings to determine the 2007 Brazil GP standings doesn't help.

6) Fernando Alonso. Also, enough said.

7) Jenson Button. So much potential, so little realized.

8) Jarno Trulli. Often referred to in the paddock as a "one-lap wonder" due to his extraordinary ability during qualifying, but lousy ability during races.

If we can include team principals and technical directors, there are a lot more shady characters...Ron Dennis, f'rinstance...

Right now, Lewis Hamilton. Because people can't stop talking about him and it's getting annoying. All that hype about him is too much. He is good, but to the extend of being glorified and praised all the time is overdone.

Ralf is annoying as well, because he is always driving according to his mood. And he always scowls and he's got bad PR. He's rude to the press most of the time and he's not professional.

Alonso - what a baby - prepared to throw his team under the bus just because he wasn't "Number 1". Talk about biting the hand that feeds...

Fisico. I think this because at a testing session he was in a bad mood, stormed past me and nearly knocked a young girl over who wanted his autograph. It was not nice to see.
