Perhaps you mean 1 mile?

1 mile = 1760 yards = 63360 inches

you must not be pushing yourself... i do 220 cal on a bike in about 1/2 hr either way, it's the right place to start... i say keep on eating less, but more importantly eat healthier and continue doing various cardio exercises (running, bike, swimming, stairmaster, ect.)
