Being kicked in the groin repeatedly during an ongoing pregnancy would probably in fact, be a lot more painful. Actually, the guy would probably pass out from the pain.

Getting kicked once probably makes the pain levels spike slightly higher than labor and then rapidly drop back below that threshold, but overall is not as painful.

Getting hit hard enough one testicle bursts, or having an ex-girlfriend rip one off - owwwwwwwww *whimpers from the thought*

interesting , I've given birth to 3 beautiful girls, but last i checked getting kicked in the groin only lasts a short time. Between labor and giving birth and after wards lasts awhile, that's why doc give us 6 wks off

Awe bless him, ask him to imagine having toothache so bad you can hardly breath and pains in your stomach so severe you think your going to pass out, bet been kicked in the groin doesn't feel a bit like either of those does it.

Unfortunately that question will never be answered, but my opinion is that it may hurt as much as giving birth upon the initial impact but the pain doesn't go on as long as labor!

Not a boy, but I doubt it.
Remember doctor's say it is like a person pulling their lower lip up over their head.
A woman has to stretch so far for babies that sometimes way upwards of 12 lbs and 21 inches or more.
