Understand the underlining purpose of the group allows you to better relate with the group. This is natural thou and is why almost anyone can get in with a group, IF they can share the same purpose with the group. Same as in school as it is in the real world..... also how come groups "Breck-up" the individuals within the group feel a greater pull TO their individual purposes. Oo and when I say purpose, its about the direction, meaning, or intentions of the group. Sometimes its something you can feel, but not exactly say. Like in a workers situation, the underlining purpose might be to survive the day without making much waves. Are surviving a boring day by making waves. It depends on the group.....
