But this Anthony Bennett man is apparently EX National Front & hates Muslims allegedly.
Oh dear. So much for his credibility.

Have you had a look at the Geek, YYY?
If a big Arab came up to him and said "boo!" he would sh*t himself.

Guy U, yes I agree they did make a mistake and leave the Kids , thinking they would be safe. However, anyone can see those kids are NOT neglected.
This man is a t.w.a.t . They have suffered enough and they need compassion, not constant hounding left right and centre.

Jolly Roger. You're not very Jolly are you?
I am merely pointing out the geekyness and p*ss poor racist background of this so called Solicitor who is further heaping distress on the McCanns.

In this instance i think many people in this country agree with his view on the McCanns.
They did neglect their children.
Was this the first time they had been left like that Mary? I think not. That in my mind is neglect. A child does not have to be beaten or malnourished to be neglected.

What a waste of taxpayers money. From peering outside the case, it would seem that the McCann's made a bad decision. That having been said, I wasn't there and have no idea of the reason that they felt safe in doing what they did. I've been reading about this case for months and the only thing that I know for sure is that I believe little of what I read anymore. We as humans love gossip and sadly love to point fingers. Let the McCanns look for their daughter. Spend the money from the court case on finding Madeline or some other lost child.

I agree it's a poor look out when it takes someone like this to have the courage to do what should have been done right at the start by Lincolnshire authorities.... The closest example I can think of to the kid gloves treatment of the McCanns by the authorities is this.....If a bloke gets blind drunk and wraps his car round a tree killing his wife (who was in the passenger seat), should the police ignore the drunk driving charges (or any other legal action) because the guy has lost his wife and 'needs compassion'.

His own character may be questionable, but it is of no relevance to the case in hand. He is not the only person who believes the McCanns were guilty of neglect, you'll find it is a common opinion. He is however the only person to have done something about it unfortunately.
BTW the article you linked to does not say that he was ex-National Front, but that he co-founded an organisation with someone who was once in the NF.

Firstly, as you know nothing about this man Bennett you cannot comment on him and his political views. Apart from that, it is absolutely irrelevant what his political views, sexual preferences are, or where he lives etc for that matter. The only thing that matters is that SOMEONE at last is standing up for what is correct in this case, that the McCanns are guilty of leaving their children alone and should have legal action taken out against them. This has gone on long enough, I applaud Bennett as we have said many times before, if the McCanns had been from a poor background, on benefits etc then the Social Services would have been on their case from day one. You can think what you like and you can make your comments about me, but they are GUILTY of leaving their children alone to go out on the p.ss so they should get what´s coming to them!

but it's through their own selfishness then that madeleine is missing today. whether the twins does not look neglected in a physical sense their safety was indeed overlooked and on more than one occasion and today that is the price the mccann's are paying because they should have known better as adults and parents.

If he's prosecuting them for neglect then I think he's got a lot more work to do prosecuting all the parents who leave their children in the care of the child listening services at resorts. Those services would not have done anything different - or would have done less - than the parents did in this case; if they'd used a listening service no-one would have known she was missing until the parents went back to the room at the end of the night!

the court case is not about Anthony Bennett, therefore his political views are irrelevent in fact all of his opinions are irrelevent in court, he has provided enouth proof to put the child *"loosing"* McCanns on trial. He obviously respects the law more than you or he would not bother. You can critisize Anthony Bennett as much as you like but at the end of the day he did not *"loose"* a child

THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY GUILTY OF NEGLECT !! THE PROOF IS IN YOUR FACE. THEY DONT KNOW WHERE THEIR DAUGHTER IS. IF THEY DIDNT LEAVE HER ALONE THEY WOULD HAVE NO CASE TO ANSWER . JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE WHO LEAVE THEIR CHILDREN ALONE WHILE THEY GO OUT AND FILL THEIR BELLIES ON HOLIDAYS DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT.
