(Don't let the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre logo throw ya)

This question came to me while I was constructing yet another sports related spreadsheet. I was making a list of all the players to have played for the Flyers when I noticed this tidbit.

Here's the question:

Of all the goaltenders that have played for the Flyers, what is the one thing they have in common?

This is kinda tricky and it isn't simply that they played for the same team. So I'll give one hint. The answer has something to do with how long they played for the Flyers. Be careful, the answer isn't obvious. I'll leave this up through the weekend, and feel free to ask questions as I'll monitor the activity when possible.

You can go to wikipedia and use the same data source that I did to look for the answer.

Remove the parenthesis before you go here: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Philadelphia_Flyers_players)

Ok, good work so far but one of you are on the right track. Remember the hint I gave. More to come if necessary.

It may seem so simple once the answer is revealed.

CLUE #2: It is a statistic, but not the kind that can be earned in a game.

CLUE# 3: The answer is hiding in plain sight.

Again, one of you is very close.

None of them have played there over 6 years, consecutively.

Just a comment on your logo, that is a blast from the past. I used to work for that organization. Passionate fans, however Binghamton is a better place to watch a hockey game.

Erica.............Jerome Mrazek and Martin Houle both have save percentages below 0.800

So, it can't be that
- they don't all have winning records
- they don't all have stellar save percentages
- they weren't all born in Canada
- they don't all shoot left
- only 6 pof them have double digit shutout numbers
- only one of them is in the Hall of Fame
- they don't all have at least one loss
- they don't all have at least one win
- they don't all have at least one tie
- they don't all have at least one shutout
- they weren't all drafted by the Flyers

More than a little tricky if you ask me (aside from they all played at least one minute for the Flyers)

Hmm, spent so much time trying to find the answer I forgot the question.
I thought I could hide my ignorance by saying they all let in a goal, then along comes Marc D' Amour to screw that up.
Apparently they were all born with 2 legs and a penis. I dunno.
