Waking up in a pool of vomit, zoo breath and some strange monkey stuck to your shoulder that you pray you can move away from without ever having to speak to him again.
Then finding your other shoe, tieing up the broken shouder strap of your dress before stealing someone elses sunglasses to wear on the walk home from wherever the hell you are.

Yea, let me explain because I find it interesting.
So I have a xbox 360 and I play HALO.
In the game there are skulls you can find that are like extra goals.
Well the easy "bad guys" to kill are called grunts. One good shot in the head can kill them.
One of the skulls changes the game so that every time you shoot one of them, confetti goes everywhere and you hear children cheering.
The skull that does that is called the GRUNT BIRTHDAY PARTY skull.
What a random series of thoughts that was. But isn't it funny how it all happens in a moment.
