Don't hold your breath after you post a question. I'm sure thousands of people are in the same boat. They only have a limited number of personnel. They must be swamped at times.

I don't want to discourage you but I have repeatedly posted and asked questions to Yahoo and get nothing in return. I have even had my suggestions removed from the suggestion board! :(
