Pete Rose was banned from the hall of fame for alledged gambling, should sports figures for lets say steroid abuse be banned also since it is considered cheating to rise to fame ?

1.) Gambling is the one and only lifetime ban a player or manager or anyone in baseball can get.

2.) Steroids SHOULD be # 2. That's an average of 1 ban rule per 100 years.

3.) You can't seriously think the Players' Union would allow that. They have never once considered the fans in their actions.

4.) PEDs SHOULD be a lifetime ban, and until they are, baseball is ********.

5.) If Bonds never makes the Hall, I won't shed one tear for that rotten personality.

First of all, Pete Rose did in fact gamble. He admitted to that. Second, I wouldn't go so far as to put all steroid users on the banned for life list but their careers should be heavily scrutinized by the voters.

If convicted Bonds will receive some kind of punishment from MLB and a ban from baseball, such as Rose received, is one of the possibilities.

Maybe they should add a wing to the Hall--"The Hall of Shame" and put Rose, Bonds, Palmeiro, Shoeless Joe in it.

steriod abuse in baseball ? who did that ? I hope you are not talking about barry bonds, he did not do steriods, he only took some flex oil and cream for his boo boo's. ok, I know what you are thinking, how come the guys head got so big, well simple, he ate a lot of wheaties standing upside down.
