ok i have optamized my system and have run a anit viruse/spyware/adware in safe mode and defraged, wtf am i doing wrong here it only climbs when i use my internet explorer, and evenchaly locks up i have my own personal fire wall, i have tryed everything and now i am out of ideas. can anyone help me? and yes i have configed my start up settings and have tryed to uninstall and re-install internet explorer 7. im out of ideas people. LOL this is the first time i have been stumped!!

Probably a memory leak somewhere (i.e. buggy software).
One of your programs isn't freeing up memory that it has stopped using, eventually when it reaches the limit of what the computer can address it'll crash.
Finding out which program is causing it is what you need to do so that you can replace it (either with a newer hopefully fixed version or another program). Look at the memory usage of each processes and see which one seems to be constantly increasing while you're using it.
I suspect it might be a problem with your personal firewall although it could be an unknown IE bug.
One of your optimisations might be causing the software to operate in a way that was never tested for so you might want to look at resetting to defaults (which will have been well tested) and seeing if that stops it.
Oh and you should be using Firefox instead of IE but that's probably unrelated to your problem.
