Vegemite can do damn near anything! Of course, problem with it as sunscreen is that one would be tempted to lick it off..

My one experience with vegemite taught me there very well may be a satan after all. Certainly no god thought that up.

I think it is really the sphincter muscle of koalas, boiled and pureed into a paste that you all pretend to like so you can laugh at the tourists eating it.

Rainbow brite I missed your answer the first time, I feel it is an accurate assessment.

I don't know if it is or not, but why would you want to use it? It comes in a small jar and is expensive, it's dark brown and gooey, and has a really strong smell. I love Vegemite, but I wouldn't want to rub it all over me!

It was a cross between a vegetable and a bug, probably because of the similar spelling to "termite" that you brought up. But now I can only think of that "Men at Work" song whenever I hear the word.

Southern Hemisphere OK. Northern Hemisphere prefers butter or mayonaise. Tastes better too! "smiley face"

well if guacamole makes good night cream and cucumbers make puffiness around the eyes go down, I guess anything's possible.
Smearing anything on your body to block the sun would constitute a "sunscreen" wouldnt it?
