Always remember that in geometry and in case of SIMILARITY the angles are ALWAYS EQUAL.....

Sides are ALWAYS in PROPORTION (It can be 1:1 proportion also , meaning sides are equal, but it is not necessary in every case)

Be it a 2-D, 3-D, Plane, Solid, Polygon whatever....

If angles are not equal then the things which you want to compare can NEVER BE similar.

So in your case the angles are EQUAL

The angles would be equal in similar cones. The lengths can be in proportion but the angles have to be the same.
