y=2, because y=-3 is horizontal. If you have to show workings, then start with y=mx+b (m being the gradient, and b the y-intercept)

Since the gradient is 0 (because y=-3 is horizontal)
the function becomes y=b. The y-intercept is 2, from the coordinates given. And so you get y=2.

Very long, I know, but when you're in sec 1, no teachers really teach many shortcuts. :-]
