He is likely an alcoholic, and this is going to cause a lot more problems than a limp weenie. If he can't or won't get into recovery and lay off the sauce, you better get another boyfriend.

I don't think it's the alcohol but You really need to tell Him to go to the doctor's and get it all straightened out! It happens but it's not the way things should be...
