I'm a leader and my husband is a leader.
We were both supervisors until we retired.
It made life very interesting but we both had to learn how to give and take.
We are both fair minded people but being a leader is not an easy route to take, but being a follower is very hard to understand.
My boss always told me she wasn't sure if I was her boss or if she was the boss. She would laugh when she told me that but I did do her thinking for her a lot, so she felt she should leave well enough alone.
I worked for her for 16 years, until I retired.
Occasionally she calls me for advice and we remain very good friends.
Thanks for the question and I hope I didn't tell you more that you wanted to know.

I am in between. I know I can't lead and I tend to follow my own rules so I am not a follower.
