Now do you mean prolonged in one day or over time. In one day it numbs your brain to the point where you cannot get the needed stimulation for ejaculation.

You probably will not ejaculate because you will probably be dead. Alcohol is a poison, pure and simple. Very small amounts can be tolerated but continued heavy use is deadly.
