Oh my goodness, no! Narcissism is about as big a turn off as a murderer. Narcissism has led to murder, so I see them very closely related. While not all narcissists are murders, it certainly leads one to do unspeakable acts as one is not only the single most important person in the world, all those around them are there for a purpose which serves the narcissist. In the narcissists mind anyway.
I know two confirmed narcissists, and they are not very lovable people. Everything is about them, and if you don't meet their needs, exactly as they wish them to be met, you are no use to them at all, you cease to exist for them, not that you ever really were an actual "person" to them.
Narcissists tend to live in an alternate universe. They view the world in a skewed fashion. Every single action is somehow about them, somehow they are the single most important factor in everything.
Some narcissists are seemingly "good" people. They do good, or at least do good "acts". These people use the needs of others to meet their own need for recognition and receive acculades. They will continue to do the work until they are exposed for the narcissist they are, then they leave to find somewhere else they can receive what they so need, recognition, fawning recognition, and undying gratitude from those who receive the assistance. If they don't receive undying gratitude, they tend to blow up a situation and run off with full flags flying the injustice of how they were treated after "being so good" to those people. They make very good victims.
How could anyone be "turned on" by such horrific behavior, where no matter what you do you will never be of importance in their lives, or even be viewed as having a life or needs outside and seperate of those you fill for the narcissist.
So, no, I absolutely am not turned on by such individuals. If I thought for a moment that they would ever receive assistance for their affliction I would feel sorry for their plight. Because, when it all comes down it the bottom line, narcissists wind up alone, alone, alone, because they run off everyone who had ever attempted or made the mistake of loving such an individual.
Too many people are harmed by narcissists to every have one be a turn on for me. You see, narcissists, true narcissists, never grow, as they are stunted by their own selfishness. Narcissism is far beyond selfish. It is so far beyond selfishness that it barely registers on the spectrum of selfishness. The self absorbtion of selfishness is only the first layer of a true narcissist.
