Defensively, I don't think they can do anything. The Pats have proven that they don't even need to run the ball to win against teams, which means Brady is going to have another great day passing. The only thing I can think of is mix up some coverage and a lot of zone blitzing. Brady is going to find people, but don't give him time to read through all his progressions. Also, the Bills need to play very physical on defense. So with that in mind, the Bills defense will still probably give up 3 or 4 TD's.
On offense, it's as simple as they need to try and keep up. I don't see that happeneing because even the team is confused about who to start at QB. Upper management wants Edwards. Coach wants Losman. Neither one will make a difference. I suspect when the Bills do get the ball, they are going to try and run it a lot and try to mix in some playaction.
So, to answer your question, the Bills probably will not win. There's just too much that they need to do, and they don't have the personnel to do it.

First Off, The coach of the Bills should have gotten a tape of the last game the Pat's Played!! That game exposes their weakness!! EXPLOIT The weakness!! Double Man MOSS!! This week while there were Practicing the Coach should have made them Play hard and rough for a least 2 hours straight!! Sounds a little harsh?? It's not, The Pat's have been Playing to the end, giving it their all for the full 60 minutes!! Most teams don't do that so they aren't accused of running up the score. However it's what makes a team fit and read for a close game.
So what could be done should have already started during this weeks practice.

Pay Jerry Jones a lot of money to get the Dallas Cowboys to play in Bills uniforms.
or
Start spreading rumors, as of yesterday, that Tom "the Lady " Brady is having an affair with Randy Moss and they plan on getting married. (it could mess with their head. Bills fans would use that to the most extreme, it could work)
or
pay the Jets very little money to have some one come out and film the defense to see what signals they use for their defense and they could be just as good on the Offensive side of the ball as the Patriots. (why hasn't anyone thought of that yet?)
or
Just give up and realize you have no hope, but don't whine and complain on Monday about how bad they beat you, like some other teams do.

Bump Moss all over the field, don't turn the ball over, hope for a few big special teams plays, throw deep to Lee Evans, and avoid penalties. It's not like the Pats are invincible, they just happen to be very, very good at exploiting EVERY mistake the opponent makes. The only way the Bills have a chance is to play their smartest, most disciplined game of the year.

PRAY for a miracle or just send your defense in to K.O. Brady with cheap shots like had been done to the Texans QB Schaub.

Play good one on one coverage. No doulbe teams and blitz at least once a series. Obviously the offense of the Bills is more questionable. They will have to run the ball and run it well.

Bills don't have a chance
the Bills should forfeit the game, I mean they all know they are going to lose, why should the Bills risk getting their better players injured?
