I would talk to my gramma. She died when I was six, so I feel like I never really got to know her. I have few memories of her, but I do remember her rocking me to sleep at night and singing a lullaby. "Go to sleep, my baby....." I think it was a song she made up. I don't know why, but I miss her so much right now.

My dad or my mom - for their quiet wisdom and unquestioning love. Both long gone, and miss them like it was yesterday. Appreciate your folks while you have them . . . talk about things that matter. Don't have 'unfinished business' with a parent who is no longer there. My dad and my mom - and I'm 57 now - were, in a good and sane sense, my best friends as well as my parents. As a result, I have the same relationship with my 18-year-old son.

Well I would love to talk to my Mom again but not sure what I would say that would be "special" because I made sure to say it all while she was still alive.

My mom. She died nearly eight years ago and I miss her terribly. I also wish I could talk to my ex-boyfriend as its his birthday today, but he won't answer the phone when I call him. :(
