Is it possible to play movies on my TV thru a USB port? I'd like to find a cable or box of some kind that connects to an AirPort Express Base Station with AirTunes via USB and has video and audio outs. Does such a cable/box exist?

Yes, they have been around for a couple years. You will however need a USB 2.0 port for the majority of them to actually work and get a good feed. USB 1.0/1.1 is too slow really.

Here's a link on TigerDirect to show you some examples.. if you decide on one, look at the rating for it to make sure it didn't get bad reviews.

I'm not sure, but even if it did it would be more expensive than just buying the cable that hooks up to your video card.

USB is too slow. You need to upgrade your video card to support DVI or S-Video.
