Yes you can but why bother because you do get
homeopathically prepared ready made soap. You also
get homeopathic toothpaste, hair oil etc., ofcourse for
a closet type mindset everything is water only. It is very
difficult for such a person to understand. They should be

Maybe, but I'm not sure why you'd want to. They'd be expensive ingredients, and they would neither benefit the soap as a cleanser nor benefit your body as a remedy.

I wonder if you're getting 'homeopathic' confused with something else?

The placebo effect might even make you think it's better soap.
