Is it possible to connect multiple power supplys, say from two or three or 6 smaller generators, to have more power? Like 1,000 little fans on your roof... And if so, do you have a link where there is information about it?

but in series or/and parallel they better be in sync with each other!

Yes, but you usually need to take some precautions. For DC power supplies, you may need to provide blocking diodes to prevent one power supply from drawing current from another. More sophisticated power supplies may include circuitry for matching voltages.

For AC generators, you also need to synchronize them so that they operate in phase with each other.
