Sorry about your injuries. As we age more things can certainly go wrong with us. The body seems to take a lot longer to heal. However, I feel it is mostly about how you feel about yourself. I really hope that at the tender age of 33 you don't feel as though you've lost your youthfulness - yikes!
Take hold - you need to make a plan to take better care of yourself. Are you eating right? Are you exercising enough? Do you get enough sleep? With kids, the answers are all probably negative. You need to make time for yourself, and as a result you'll be a better parent and a better partner. Try to be positive!
Good luck!

That's crazy. I'm 33 too and I thought I was the only one feeling run down. I'm determined to find some way of reversing these symptoms and begin living and feeling like I did in my 20's. I think marriage and the kids have done this too me. So much weight on shoulders from all the demands and responsibility I carry around now.

You're scaring me, I'm 29 ao I am right around that age.. I'm getting there.. :-)
I have fallen arches, my vision is horrible, and I've noticed that I'm not as strong as I used to be when I was younger..
Having said that, I don't know if I feel as worn down as you.. I bet the kids play a big roll in that! :-)

I'm more than twice as old as you Jo, and am also feeling the strain. I've started paying attention to health tips (never did before) and I think they can be helpful if (at whatever age) your body is not what it used to be.

I was born old, I've had pain ever since I can remember and there's nothing they can do for it. It only gets worse with age, and I'm only 25....not looking forward to it. Sorry to hear about your pain.

I felt it at 28. Couldn't abuse my body as I once did, skin/muscles/tendons take a bit longer to heal and those calories just don't burn off like they used to.
But you adjust and things are peachy-creamy. (And the jealousy of youth mutates into a pseudo-intellectual bitterness that one tries to pass off as wary worldliness.)
