An MAT might take a full 24 months because of the student teaching requirement.

You should expect the program to be between 30 and 45 semester hours and to complete 9-12 semester hours per semester.

An EdD or PhD is also a graduate degree. That will take a bit longer, I'm assuming you mean the master's degree.
