I dont beleive he said that, He would not have said that because he would have known it would be brought up against him. I think some crack pot maid that up knowing it was a delibert lie. I have never heard anyone degrading Bush excepe with loose talk having no case against him.

Who knows? Maybe he had a few too many hits.
What's ironic is that this president, who was a conservative "godsend" when he appointed "strict constructionists" to the Supreme Court, is part of the neoconservative fringe that sees the Constitution as a barrier (rather than as a guideline as most liberal interpreters would) to realizing their totalitarian ambitions.

I never heard this, but that is ironic coming from a president. But then again, I don't really understand alot about this guy other than the fact that he LOVES invading countries for personal gain.

I don't think he has ever said this, but in terms of what he has meant it. Just take a looking at presidental signing statement and look at the over 500 constitutional changes he has made through them.
