Physically? Somewhat. Morally? Extremely. I think the latter compensates for the former considerably.

The older I get the less flexible I am. Now I'm beginning to understand the mean old lady with all the cats that yelled at you when you stepped on her lawn. Except I don't have a cat nor do I have a lawn.

I used to be very flexible. I've got a 1st degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, and I instructed for years.
But right now I am sort of crippled, I can walk but I'm slow. It's only temporary, it's to do with my white blood cells attacking my muscles. It isn't terminal and it doesn't usually last more than a few years at most, but still, it's made me very inflexible and sore for now.

I can lay on my back and make my toes touch the floor behind my head, put both feet to my ears simultaneously, stretch them straight out and hold on to my feet.
Not bad for a phat chick!!!
Makes for some fun "lovin!" fo sho!!!
Oh, and as far as emotionally-I am very flexible...laughing one second and angry the next. Wait. Is that kinda manic? Ummmmmm....
