Yes, I met one of my friends here... she was trying to get people to join her activism group, and we chat via IM semiregularly. We probably would be good face-to-face friends, but she lives in India and I live in the US, so it's just not practical. I don't remember what category it was.

yep, there's one real gorgeously special lady i stalk via email every day.
and there's another purrty gal where we frequently "don't get each other's email"
