Someone thought it was a funny joke so they put my male Betta in a tank with 2 piranha. They were to small to actually kill it but they ate all of its fins. I now have a Betta with no fins. It does not seem to be injured other than the fact that it has no fins, and it is still swimming around. Will his fins grow back? The fins by his gills are still fully intact.

As long as you keep the tank clean enough to prevent infection, the fins should have no trouble regrowing to their former glory. Though they often regrow transparent or white, you may be able to get color back into them if you are lucky. I'd suggest associating with people with a less cruel sense of humor as well, but that's beside the point...
