Yes the Stratosphere is in the stratosphere that is why it is the stratosphere. I am guessing you are asking if the stratus clouds are mainly in the troposphere from 0 to 6500 feet which is the lowest altitude cloud formation however, stratus can occur in a variation to a banner cloud or cap cloud can line the stratosphere and is known to be found on top of tall steep mountains such as mt everest.

There are five main levels of the Earth's Atmosphere.
Troposphere
Stratosphere
Mesosphere
Thermosphere
Exosphere

Im actually taking an Earth Science course at university right now, and we've studied the stratosphere and atmosphere. But I don't understand what you need to know. Are you asking if the stratosphere is in the stratosphere?? Add details if you can and I'll give it a shot.

Like the other people, I'm confused.

My guess is that you might be talking about the Stratosphere Hotel? If that's the case, then no, it's not in the stratosphere. It's just really tall.
