Sometimes it's just really hard to figure out which is right or wrong but other times it's relatively too simple. But the main point of basis one should base their thinking of right or wrong should be whether the motive is good or evil. And sometimes there are just choices wherein one has to lose and the other win.

Wow this is a hard one... I guess it depends upon numerous factors.
Mainly one's upbringing, culture, and even religion. Different societies have different norms and expectations.
In some parts of Asia, eating a dog is a tradition. Here in the U.S., that's just plain old sick. In some religions, taking another's life is perfectly fine as long as they are of another sect. And in some cultures, suicide is a way of compensating for dishonoring one's own family. While in the U.S., we would rather prefer a new beginning.
So it really just depends on when, where, and who you are. But some are just more universally accepted... like it is wrong to take an innocent person's life, or to take advantage of the less capable.

Right means correct and proper, free from error; especially conforming to fact or truth. Wrong is incorrect, unsuitable, doing any harm or injury resulting from a violation of a legal right and do injustice to others.

We are social animals and our laws, norms, and taboos are primarily constructed around the utility of the group. On a personal level I think we experience (feel) something that is conducive to bonding with the group and working within those rewards. It is my liberal opinion that it is all a construct that has no physical reality outside of human context.

Your heart and mind tell you. Now you can believe that God put those ethics there or that they evolved naturally, but they are there and they are remarkably consistant across the world.
