Can Beyonce do the song justice?

She did? Oh god. I'm sick of Beyonce. Yes I know she is talented but too much of someone is not always a good thing.

Well Beyonce would make the song sound too churchy. Even if she did remake it, I would still listen to Aaliyah's version. Why? Because Aaliyah is dead and I think a remake would give Beyonce great credit and people would think its a 'Beyonce Song' & Aaliyah would probably would not be associated with that song any longer. Especially with the young kids.

And to the above person, no one knows if Beyonce is humble or conceited, you don't know her and we don't know her.
And don't spend your time defending celebrities, they will be rich when they are happy or sad.

I would be very pissed off if Beyonce' did that to Aaliyah's song. That song meant the world to many people. If she's allowed to do that\, what else will she think she has to power to cover? Yeah she's an okay singer, but she could never COVER Aaliyah she is Irreplaceable....
