depends on how much money i have to work with. I wouldn't think of it as how much they deserve. I don't think a boyfriend/girlfriend is a kid that deserves this or that if they behave the way you want. I would try to make it as personal as possible or something they would like. The best thing is to figure out what they are into.

depends if she deserves something nice or not.
Don't ever buy a gift this far ahead of time. They might not deserve anything good when the day comes, or maybe you will be broken up by then.
Or maybe you will want to get something extra nice..
