The Judiciary is divided into the lower courts, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. Small cases are filed in the lower courts which can be appealed to the higher courts for reversion. The higher courts sometimes have concurrent jurisdiction and exclusive jurisdiction of critical matters.

The Executive Branch consists of the President and the cabinet secretaries. The President has the executive powers to implement laws and supervise local officials.

The Legislature makes the laws of the land and delegates some power to executive branch to implement the laws.

The constitution is made to provide the framework of government, the rights of the people and the mechanics how the government interferes with the rights of the people.
