Oceania and Antarctica.

Australia is technically part of Oceania, which is the name of the continent.

I hate to break it to all you "Oceania" fans, but Oceania is NOT a continent. It is an area bound by geographical similarities or proximity and/or by cultural commonalities but islands, by definition, do not comprise a continent. Only Australia itself is a true continent. Oceania is a region.

Oceania (Australia and the Pacific Islands) and Antarctica. All other continents have at least some part above the Equator.
