Australia is technically part of Oceania, which is the name of the continent.

Australia and Antarctica.
I hate to break it to all you "Oceania" fans, but Oceania is NOT a continent. It is an area bound by geographical similarities or proximity and/or by cultural commonalities but islands, by definition, do not comprise a continent. Only Australia itself is a true continent. Oceania is a region.

Oceania (Australia and the Pacific Islands) and Antarctica. All other continents have at least some part above the Equator.

Australia and the South Pole or Anarctica. I'm guessing that Australia is a continent as well as a nation.
