wat makes u loose weight fast?? wat kind of stuff?? i walk a long disdance every other day will that make u loose weight fast and wat makes your stomeck flat

DO NOT CUT OUT BREAKFAST actually eating breakfast helps you eat less for the rest of the day. Just eat something healthy like whole grain cereal total wholegrain (skim milk) is pretty healthy with a banana and some oj or water and I guess one of those yogurts with probiotics and digestive health.
First off very surprised there weren't any sexual remarks made...
Okay walking alone is not going to help. You need CARDIO something to get your heart rate up, if you aren't a fan of traditional exercise I do this by having DANCE time with my kids and we really get moving they love it because they are very young but RUNNING should work. Also combine this with something targeting your ABS, I love PILATES because it is all about the core and focuses on breathing and balance (One of my pilates dvds has PICK YOUR OWN LEVEL for each exercise it is great because you can modify it for yourself until you build up) Modify what you eat and drink, lots of FRUITS and VEGES (double what you should), NO RED MEAT, lots of WATER, NO POP, fastfood, carry out, junk food, etc..I eat white meat sparingly as well mostly I eat BEANS and whole grain RICE fruits and veges and lots of water. Take a multi VITAMIN (I take One a Day all day energy) Stuff like that become more consciously aware of what you eat and calories burned there is a WEBSITE called mypyramid.com or something like it measures what you weigh, your activity level and food you eat. It tells you calories burned and calories taken in it is a pretty nice jumping off point. Also try to do things to burn calories all day ex. stairs instead of elevator, I have heard singing outloud and tapping your foot also works. Practice good posture and I don't know what you think about this but when I was a girl my mom told me to always hold my stomach in not all the way but a little bit, it is very natural for me to do now, I think tightening those muscles helps. When I was in labor with my daughter the doctor commented on how strong my ab muscles were and I was thinking yeah probably not now but he would know - I attribute this to holding it in.

My opinion is you have to sweat for a good 10 mins and drink alot of water while you are walking....do not drink any soda and cut out bread and pasta...My husband is also on a diet and I think that is what he feels really is working for him....the tummy you can stand and do crunches do 10 reps moring and evening everyday with the walking......hip hop abbes is ALOT of fun

The only surefire way to lose weight and keep it off is diet and exercise. Eat a high protein/high fiber diet, plenty of fruits and veggies, and do resistance training (weightlifting) and cardio 5 or 6 days a week......works everytime.

Run and get your heartrate up i run six miles a day, do sit ups and eat five to seven small meals a day or have protien shakes as a meal replacement. RUN RUN RUN

sit ups, eat healthy, do a type of cardio workout but something that won't hurt your muscles and joints, swimming is great, maybe an eliptical machine.

No it won't. Cut carbs, start lifting weights, but the walking won't hurt you either. Good luck.

I cut out eating breakfast and ate breakfast for lunch and lost 12 kilo's in 3 weeks and did stomach strengthening exercisers~~

Do alot of sit-ups and other ab exercises...sure to flatten tummy area.
