Asked if I needed to be tied to the chair because he thought I was gonna hit someone ?

He's a Family court attorney...even if I did hit someone he wouldn't defend me

It was custody for my daughter...I'm not a criminal.....it was in his office NOT in a court room, I'm not that stupid

I would be concerned. If an attorney is with you in a particular situation where he is representing you, and you become disruptive and show impatience he has every right to tell you to sit down and keep your mouth shut > Why is he there to begin with ? Was this a civil or criminal matter?

Yes, because if he was a real attorney he wouldnt want to tie you down. If you hit the other person, it would mean more money to defend you in court for assault! lol He's a fake! lol
