This is dangerous if there is no follow through. Young children (pre-teens) are impressionable and are constantly learning. If the parent only states that the kid is flirting sexually without putting it into context, the kid will be confused. Then there will be a desire to find out what this 'flirting' is. At this point, the parent is unlikely to discuss the subject with the kid openly, as the intention is to 'protect the child.'
Without context, the child's first thought would be "What did I do wrong to make mama say that?" And then it can go one of two ways.
1> Repression will set in; the child is led to believe that bending over in front of a man is not proper behavior, eventually leading to the concept of any action in front of a man can be considered as sexual and should be refrained from. This results in the child being submissive, afraid of her own body, and believing that sex is dirty and possibly being abused by her husband or mate.
2>Curiosity will take over. The child will start picking up 'pointers' from her daily observations of her mother and older sister (if applicable). She will start exploring the world of sex, which in itself, is a normal part of life. But with constant negative feedback about her behavior from her mother leads to rebellion and the distancing of the mother/daughter relationship.
Ultimately it is up to the mother to put things in perspective. If she does not follow through and just leave the subject hanging, damage can be done to the child's growth.

"authorities printed never-previously-considered sex abuse allegations" So the justice branch in a further attempt to smear Zimmerman and be certain he received't get a honest trial are publicly liberating unsubstantiated allegations that are thoroughly unrelated to the Trayvon Martin case. This circus is turning out to be between the biggest miscarriages of justice I have ever considered. shame

you know, it does.
it makes you second guess yourself and be more self-conscious.
i've had people tell me this, friends, family, complete strangers,
and it really makes myself think about what im doing.and its not like i dress slutty, and i am NOT a slutt.
I've never had a boyfriend, i'm still a virgin, but people don't think that.
people just have this image of me being like that.
and it does really stick with me, b/c it makes me more self conscious.
***let the record show that I do nothing the answerer above stated ***
[how the hell they get that idea from me i dont know"

Maybe you need to look at how your actions can effect others and take that into consideration

Oh, give me a break. The GIRL knows what she's doing.
She knows it because she was trained from AGE 5 not to show her PEE PER
It doesn't make her sexual it make her REBELLIOUS
She's irritating YOU
She'd love to sit on a table, spread her legs, pull her pants aside and show it to a guy JUST to spite you
IF she wanted to be sexual she'd do it BEHIND your back not in front of your face
She's bend over and give him a view of her.... thingies and make it clear he can enjoy her.... thingies
THAT'S SEXUAL
When a girl bends over to pick up a pen or quater that's TAUNTING REBELLION because she KNOWS you don't approve.
That is PSYCHOLOGY plain and simple
A girl who is SEXUAL gets a man alone and makes it CLEAR he can do what he wants
That is reality
A SEXUAL girls DOES IT BEHIND YOUR BACK
A rebellious girls does in IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE just to get to you
