it is not worth doing first of all. You may have two, but it is like giving up a kidney and you need them just as you need both of those nuts. Giving up one is not difficult, but once it is gone it is gone. Forget about the whole concept and go to work to make a living rather than trying to find an easy way out.

Dont you think 75000 is a little cheap? Oh well, you can probably go to any surgeon who specializes in specific body parts and find the information you need. Its gonna hurt though.....

I have never heard of this, and it is illegal to donate organs for profit.

Plus, even for $75,000, why would anyone give up a nut?

Q is unclear. I dont know any nut (testis)transplantation is done for human but reaseachs are on for dogs and rats.
